Great staff, responsive and friendly.

The staff was responsive and friendly, which is super important! However, we had to deal with dirty rooms and mold issues. 😟 Two thumbs up for the customer service, but the cleanliness was a big letdown.

We enjoyed the spacious suite, and it was nice to kick back and watch some shows together after a long day exploring False River with my family, including my nephew. The friendly staff really made our stay comfortable.

i really enjoyed my stay at best western. the queen room was clean and comfortable, and the outdoor pool was a great way to relax. the front desk staff were incredibly courteous, especially when helping with my room needs. easy access to major roadways made exploring the area convenient.

Check-in was frustrating. my room was not ready even after waiting over an hour. I was given a master key that malfunctioned, and in the middle of the night, staff tried to access my room unannounced, resulting in a very unsettling experience for my family. The amenities were nice, and the staff were generally friendly, but the lack of room preparation and security issues overshadowed these aspects. Breakfast options like corn flakes were decent, but overall, the stay was marred by significant concerns.
